Step 1
Take the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4)
out of your fridge and allow them to sit on your kitchen counter for about 20 minutes to bring them to room temperature before cooking. This will allow them to cook evenly.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 3
Combine
Mayonnaise (115 g)
,
Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp)
,
Panko Breadcrumbs (4 Tbsp)
and
Simply Organic Garlic Powder (sponsored) (as needed)
in a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine these ingredients.
Step 4
Place the chicken breast halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and a dash of garlic powder.
Step 5
Divide the mayonnaise mixture between the 4 chicken breast halves. Use a spoon to spread the mixture evenly over the top of each piece of chicken breast.
Step 6
Top each chicken breast with the remaining
Panko Breadcrumbs (4 Tbsp)
.
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Allow the chicken to rest for about 10 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
