Author's Notes

Using frozen grapes will help keep your drink super cold.

Diy Simple Syrup: Simple Syrup is equal parts water and sugar. Add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar to a mason jar, attach lid and shake until sugars dissolve. Making simple syrup this way (vs using hot or boiling water) allows it to be used right away!

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Lemon Juice (1) , (1/2 N/A) [freshly squeezed] Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz) , and Mangoes (1/4 cup) in a mixing glass.
Step 2
Muddle the mango.
Step 3
Pour in Crème de Mûr (0.3 fl oz) , MARTINI Rosso (1 fl oz) , MARTINI Extra Dry (1 fl oz) , and Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters (3 dashes) .
Step 4
Add Ice (as needed) and stir 40-50 rotations.
Step 5
Strain cocktail into Collins glass.
Step 6
Add Lemon Slice (1/2) , Green Grapes (4) , and Mangoes (2 Tbsp) .
Step 7
Top with Ice (as needed) .
Step 8
Garnish with lemon slice and Grapes (3) .
