Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add 2 bags of Jasmine Tea (2 bags) to the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (3/4 cup) . Steep for 30 minutes and strain with a coffee filter.
Step 2
Combine 0.8 oz of the infused gin with Pear Liqueur (0.7 fl oz) and lemon juice in a glass.
Step 3
Add ice and top with Soda Water (2.5 fl oz) .
Step 4
Garnish with a Lemon (1) peel and enjoy!
