Step 1
Mix the Ground Beef (400 g) with Ground Flaxseed (3 g) , it helps it to stay together better, and Garlic (1 clove) .
Step 2
Season with Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (to taste) , Paprika (1 g) , Dried Oregano (as needed) , and Dried Basil (as needed) . Form small meatballs out of the mixture (about 10-12).
Step 3
Heat a large pan over medium/high heat. Add Coconut Butter (15 g) and Onion (1) . Cook for about 30 seconds. Be careful not to burn the onions.
Step 4
Add meatballs on a pan. Cook the balls about for 7-10 minutes or until golden.
Step 5
While the meat is cooking, spiralize the Zucchini (2) .
Step 6
When the meat is golden, then add Heirloom Tomatoes (300 g) and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add spiralized zoodles, you might need to cut the zoodles shorter when they are too long, and season with extra Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) when needed. Cook for another minute then turn off heat.
Step 8
Serve the zoodles with fresh basil. Enjoy!
