Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Combine the Chicken Breasts (3) , Buttermilk (240 mL) , Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (60 mL) and the Sriracha (40 g) . Stir to coat the chicken well. Cover and refrigerate between 30 minutes to 4 hours. Drain the chicken.
Step 2
In a shallow bowl, beat the Egg (1) and stir in the Milk (120 mL) . In a separate shallow bowl or dish, combine the All-Purpose Flour (125 g) , Cornmeal (25 g) , Powdered Confectioners Sugar (7 g) , Salt (as needed) , Ground Black Pepper (as needed) and Paprika (as needed) .
Step 3
Heat about a fourth of the Vegetable Oil (120 mL) in a large skillet over medium to medium high heat.
Step 4
In batches, dip the chicken into the milk and egg mixture, then into the flour mixture. Cook a few minutes on each side until the chicken "gator bait" pieces are browned and the chicken is cooked through. Continue cooking until all pieces are cooked.
Step 5
For the Swamp Sauce combine Chili Sauce (60 mL) , Mayonnaise (45 g) , Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (45 mL) , Barbecue Sauce (30 mL) , Yellow Mustard (30 g) , Worcestershire Sauce (15 mL) , Garlic (1 g) , Paprika (1 g) and Ground Black Pepper (as needed) in a small bowl. Whisk to combine well.
Step 6
Serve gator bait with swamp sauce and enjoy!
