Step 1
Zest and juice one of the
Oranges (2)
. Set aside. Slice the other orange into rounds, then cut the rounds into quarters.

Wash and core the
Apple (1)
, leaving the peel on. Cut into rounds, then cut the rounds into quarters.
Step 3
Wash the
Yellow Peach (1)
and remove the pit. Slice the peach into quarters.
Step 4
Pour the orange juice and zest into a large pitcher. Layer the fruit pieces on top. With a spoon, gently muddle the fruit.
Step 5
Add the
Red Wine (960 mL)
and
Brandy (120 mL)
and stir. Refrigerate for at least one hour up to overnight.
Step 6
Before serving, pour
Ginger Ale (720 mL)
over the fruit and wine, swirling gently to combine. Serve with fruit garnish if desired. Enjoy!
