Chop the Banana (1) and place in the blender. Add Apple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt (170 g) , Canned Pumpkin Purée (55 g) , Pumpkin Pie Spice (as needed) , and Caramel Sauce (5 mL) . Pour in Milk (240 mL) . Blend 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into two glasses, add straws, and share with a friend. Enjoy!
