Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Cut the Puff Pastry (2 sheets) into an equal square of about 2.3x2.3-inches (6x6 cm). Set aside in the refrigerator.
Step 3
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Cooked Ham (85 g) , Swiss Cheese (85 g) , Cream Cheese (115 g) , Scallions (1 stalk) , Dijon Mustard (8 g) , and Pepper (to taste) together. Set aside.
Step 4
Arrange the puff pastry on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Step 5
Top each of them with a heaping teaspoon of ham and cheese mixture in the middle.
Step 6
Fold the corner onto the top like an envelope. Pinch the middle to seal the envelope.
Step 7
Brush all sides of the pastry with Egg Wash (1) . Bake for 10-15 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Step 8
Serve warm.
