Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Use a fork to poke holes in the Sweet Potatoes (2) .
Step 3
Place them on the parchment-lined baking tray. Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes until fork tender.
Step 4
Cut each sweet potato in the middle half lengthwise. Use a spoon or fork to mix the sweet potato in the shell.
Step 5
Top with Graham Crackers (115 g) and line Mini Marshmallows (115 g) on top. Use a blow torch to brûlée the top for 1-2 minutes or until browned.
Step 6
Drizzle the top with Chocolate Syrup (115 g) . Serve with more crackers on the side.
