Step 1
Whisk together the
Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1)

Apple Cider Vinegar (30 mL)

Water (30 mL)

Granulated Sugar (50 g)
until well combined.
Step 2
In a sauce pan, heat mixture at medium heat until it thickens to a custard consistency. Stir continuously for about 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Add the
Miracle Whip (25 g)
to the cooked egg mixture and refrigerate dressing until ready to use.
Step 4
Fry
Bacon (4 slices)
at medium to medium-high heat until crispy, about 8 minutes.
Step 5
Chop bacon into small pieces.
Step 6
In a large bowl, combine the
Fresh Baby Spinach (115 g)
,
Baby Bella Mushrooms (110 g)
,
White Onions (40 g)
, and bacon.
Step 7
Pour over the cooled sweet and sour dressing and toss until the dressing evenly coats the salad. Serve and enjoy!
