Step 1
Rinse all the fruits and vegetables. Peel the Navel Orange (1) by shaving the outer orange peel, leaving the white flesh intact. Slice the large vegetables and fruits into smaller pieces to fit into your juicer well.
Step 2
Using the lowest speed on your juicer, juice the Fresh Spinach (140 g) and Fresh Mint Leaves (10 g) first, followed by the Celery (1 stick) , Apple (1) , Pear (1) , Carrots (2) , orange, Lemons (1 slice) and Limes (1 slice) .
Step 3
Strain the juice through a coarse sieve to remove larger pulp. Pour into a seal-able bottle/jar to refrigerate until serving. Best served in the first 1-2 days.
