Step 1
Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Break
Cauliflower (1 head)
up into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Toss cauliflower,
Cayenne Hot Sauce (120 mL)
,
Olive Oil (15 mL)
,
Garlic (8 g)
and
Fresh Parsley (3 g)
together in a large mixing bowl.
Step 4
Bake on a sheet pan at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Stir cauliflower half way through.
Step 5
Serve with your favorite condiments.
