Refrigerate any leftovers and reheat in the oven for 10 minutes before serving.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). In a large baking dish, evenly spread Bread Pieces (1 loaf) .
Step 2
Top with Apples (4) , Walnuts (60 g) , and Dried Cranberries (30 g) . Sprinkle with Ground Cinnamon (5 g) and Ground Nutmeg (1 g) .
Step 3
In a bowl, combine Non-Dairy Milk (480 mL) , Vanilla Extract (5 mL) , and Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (8) . Pour this mixture over the top of the ingredients in the baking dish.
Step 4
Drizzle with Maple Syrup (45 mL) and sprinkle with Oats (45 g) and Coconut Sugar (40 g) .
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from oven. Spoon into dish and top with Coconut Whipped Topping (1 can) .
