Step 1
Cook Brown Rice (370 g) according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 3
Mix cooked brown rice, Nut Milk (360 mL) , Walnuts (60 g) , Banana (1) , Brown Rice Syrup (60 mL) , Pure Vanilla Extract (10 mL) , Ground Nutmeg (1 g) , Ground Cinnamon (5 g) , Ground Ginger (2 g) , Ground Cloves (as needed) , and Sweet Potato Purée (330 g) in a large mixing bowl.
Step 4
Grease a 8x8-inch baking dish using Coconut Oil (15 mL) . Pour mixture into baking dish.
Step 5
Bake rice pudding for 35 to 45 minutes.
Step 6
Top with Walnuts (to taste) , Coconut Yogurt (to taste) , and a drizzle of Raw Honey (to taste) . Serve and enjoy!
