Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Melt Ghee (50 g) over medium heat. Add Garlic (1 clove) and stir until fragrant.
Step 3
Place Red Potatoes (5) in a baking dish, drizzle garlicky ghee over top of potatoes and stir to make sure they are evenly coated.
Step 4
Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes until fork tender.
Step 5
Chop the Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (10 g) .
Step 6
Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley over the top of the potatoes. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Serve immediately.
