Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with Coconut Oil (30 mL) .
Step 3
Evenly spread the Apples (4) in the baking dish.
Step 4
Crush the Biscuit Mix (170 g) . I placed them in a large ziploc bag (see photo) and then crushed them with a glass measuring cup.
Step 5
In a large bowl, combine the crushed Owlies, Almond Meal (50 g) , Ground Cinnamon (3 g) , Ground Nutmeg (1 g) and Coconut Oil (60 mL)
Step 6
Sprinkle the topping over top of the apples. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the apples are soft. Just stick a fork into the apples to test it.
Step 7
