Step 1
Place Arugula (160 g) in large salad bowl. Top with sliced Peaches (6) , Crumbled Feta Cheese (35 g) and Walnuts (60 g) .
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (120 mL) , Dijon Mustard (15 g) , Honey (7 g) , Lemon (1) , Apple Cider Vinegar (5 mL) and Sea Salt (1 pinch) until emulsified.
Step 3
Pour dressing over top of salad and toss, just before serving. Enjoy!
