Cooking Instructions

Step 1
If your Medjool Dates (8) are dry, soak them for 30 minutes to 1 hour in warm water.
Step 2
Toss Maca Powder (7 g) , Ground Cinnamon (8 g) , Raw Cacao Powder (15 g) , Dark Chocolate Chips (45 g) , Raw Almonds (35 g) , Goji Berries (20 g) , Vanilla Extract (5 mL) , and the dates into a high power blender or preferably a food processor and blend until crumbly.
Step 3
If the texture is lacking moisture, add a very small splash of water and keep adding until it reaches a texture that clumps nicely into balls.
Step 4
Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls and serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
