Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Spread Sweet Potatoes (480 mL) on parchment covered baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake sweet potato for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Remove sweet potato from oven and let cool. Once cooled, add Sweet Potatoes to a blender or food processor and blend with Garlic (1 clove) , juice from Lemon (1) , Chickpeas (200 g) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (30 mL) , Tahini (30 g) , and Sea Salt (3 g) until smooth and creamy.
