Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C),

in a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook 25 minutes, or until tender but firm.

Drain, cool and cut the sweet potatoes into quarter-inch slices. Lightly grease another 8 x 11-inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix

Ground Nutmeg (2 g)

Peel, core and cut the
Apples (2)
into quarter-inch rings.
Step 6
Layer sweet potatoes, brown sugar mixture and apples in prepared baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix
All-Purpose Flour (30 g)

Brown Sugar (55 g)
,
Butter (4 g)
,
Chopped Pecans (25 g)
.
Step 8
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
Step 9
Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve and enjoy!
