Step 1

Chop the Apple (1) .

Step 2

Add the apple and Pomegranate Seeds (65 g) to a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Dice the Onions (35 g) .

Step 4

Deseed and dice the Jalapeño Pepper (1) . Chop the Fresh Cilantro (2 g) .

Step 5

Add onion, jalapeno and chopped cilantro to the mixing bowl.

Step 6

Pour in Lime (1) .

Step 7

Add Salt (to taste) .

Step 8

Mix everything together.
