Step 1
Heat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). In a bowl, beat the

, and beat again.

Slice the

in half lengthwise. Working in batches, submerge and soak the halves in eggnog mixture for a minute. Cook in a greased pan or hot griddle over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked through for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Step 4
Transfer to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven until you are ready to serve.
Step 5
To serve, stack the pieces and dust with
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste)
