Step 1
To make the mint simple syrup, stir
Granulated Sugar (100 g)
and
Water (120 mL)
over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add the
Fresh Mint (6 sprigs)
and let cool.
Step 2
Fill the glasses with ice. Pour 1/2 cup of
Cold Brew Concentrate (240 mL)
in each glass.
Step 3
Pour 1/2 cup of
Non-Fat Milk (240 mL)
in each glass.
Step 4
Add
Bailey's® Irish Cream (30 mL)
and simple syrup.
Step 5
Stir. Garnish with
Fresh Mint (to taste)
. Serve and enjoy!
