Author's Notes

You can also freeze the patties. Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet, plate or cutting board and freeze them until they are solid at least a few hours, then place them in an airtight container or a freezer bag.

Cooking Instructions

Add the Salt (9 g) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Garlic (1 clove) , Dry Mixed Spice (2 g) , and Maple Syrup (15 mL) , Paprika (1 g) , Ground Coriander (as needed) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed) to the Ground Pork (680 g) and mix to combine.
Step 2
Shape the meat into 2½ - 3 inch patties.
Step 3
When cooking the sausage, heat up some Frying Oil (as needed) in a skillet, add the sausages and brown them on both sides on medium heat, about 5 minutes per side.
Step 4
Serve and Enjoy!
