Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, toast the Walnuts (125 g) until fragrant—about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Let cool about 5 minutes before tossing with 1 tsp zest from the Orange (1) .
Step 3
Roll the Plain Goat Cheese Log (1) into toasted walnuts, pressing firmly until the whole log is covered.
Step 4
Serve same day with pairings of choice. I used herb crackers, olives, candied oranges, honey, prosciutto, and almonds.
