Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cut off the florets on the Cauliflower (215 g) and steam it for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the Fresh Spinach (240 mL) and place them in the steamer for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Place the cauliflower, spinach, Garlic (1 clove) , Tahini (15 g) , juice from Lemon (1) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (22 mL) , Ground Cumin (as needed) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and Cayenne Pepper (1 dash) in the food processor.
Step 4
Pure until smooth. Add some tablespoon of water if necessary.
Step 5
Serve with Mixed Vegetables (to taste) or Pita Bread (to taste) and enjoy!
