Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a bowl, combine Oat Flour (230 g) , Coconut Sugar (100 g) , and Baking Powder (10 g) . Stir to combine.
Step 3
Add Organic Eggs (2) and Coconut Oil (80 mL) . Mix with a wooden spoon until a smooth dough forms.
Step 4
Grease and flour a pie crust pan. Roll out 2/3 of the dough into a thick circle and lay it inside the pie pan. Spread the Sunflower Seed Butter (60 g) and Orange Marmalade (60 g) over top.
Step 5
Roll the remaining 1/3 of dough into finger-thick ropes. Lay them across the filling crosswise. Fold in the edges.
Step 6
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Step 7
Remove pie from the oven and let it cool down completely before removing it from the pan.
Step 8
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
