Step 1
In a large bowl mix together Oats (90 g) , Dark Chocolate Chips (45 g) , Almond Butter (80 g) , Coconut Oil (30 mL) , Maple Syrup (30 mL) , Vanilla Extract (2 mL) , Chia Seeds (10 g) , Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (as needed) , and Coconut Chips (to taste) .
Step 2
Spread on baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for 25 minutes or until golden-brown in color. Let it cool down completely then break it up into chunks with your hands.
Step 3
Store into an airtight container.
