Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a bowl, combine Vanilla Protein Powder (95 g) , Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (100 g) , Coconut Flour (60 g) , Hemp Hearts (30 g) , Stevia (25 g) and Salt (2 g) .
Step 3
In another bowl, combine the Coconut Oil (120 mL) , Greek Yogurt (120 g) , and Coconut Cream (80 mL) .
Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together. If mixture is too dry, add more coconut oil. If mixture is too wet, add more protein.
Step 5
Fold in the Frozen Blueberries (75 g) .
Step 6
Press the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, top will be golden brown.
Step 7
Let cool and then slice into squares. Enjoy!
