Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl, combine
Vanilla Protein Powder (95 g)

Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (100 g)

Coconut Flour (60 g)

Hemp Hearts (30 g)

Stevia (25 g)
and
Salt (2 g)

In another bowl, combine the
Coconut Oil (120 mL)

Greek Yogurt (120 g)
, and
Coconut Cream (80 mL)
.
Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together. If mixture is too dry, add more coconut oil. If mixture is too wet, add more protein.
Step 5
Fold in the
Frozen Blueberries (75 g)
.
Step 6
Press the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, top will be golden brown.
Step 7
Let cool and then slice into squares. Enjoy!
