Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a saucepan whisk together Egg Yolks (4) , Granulated Erythritol (50 g) , and zest of a Lemon (1) and Orange (1) .
Step 2
Sift in the Corn Starch (30 g) and whisk until combined.
Step 3
Next squeeze in the juice of an orange and slowly pour in the Oat Milk (400 mL) , whisking constantly.
Step 4
Bring mixture to a gentle boil over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. You can use this cream with cakes or serve it as it is with a side of fresh fruit.
