Place them in a large pot with water with Whole Milk (100 mL) and a pinch of Salt (to taste). Boil for 40 minutes or until tender.

With a wooden spoon add 20 milliliters of Whole Milk (1 1/3 Tbsp) and start mixing vigorously. While mixing start pouring the Vegetable Oil (3 1/3 Tbsp), super slow and in a steady motion. While doing so you should get a creamy texture.
