Step 1
In a blender place the Water (480 mL) , and Hemp Hearts (55 g) . Blend on high speed until smooth.
Step 2
Then add in the Gluten-Free Oats (60 g) , Banana (1/2) , Frozen Mangoes (50 g) , Ground Cinnamon (to taste) , Maple Syrup (15 mL) , Coconut Oil (5 mL) and Hydrolyzed Collagen (6 g) . Then blend everything well again until smooth.
