Step 1
Place
Gluten-Free Rolled Oats (300 g)
into a blender or food processor and pulse until flour.

Inside a bowl, mash the
Bananas (4)

Maple Syrup (60 mL)

Ground Cinnamon (3 g)
. Pulse until all ingredients are combined
Step 4
Fold in the
Fresh Blueberries (100 g)

Step 5
Transfer the banana bread batter to the prepared baking pan. Smooth into an even layer and top it off with sliced banana and a sprinkle of oats. Bake at 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 30-45 min.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let the bread cool down on a wire rack.
