Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
In a bowl combine Tuna Fillets (500 g) , Egg (1) , Fresh Parsley (6 g) , Dried Oregano (2 g) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Bran Flakes (5 g) , Lemon (1/2) , Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (3 g) , and Finely Ground Black Pepper (as needed) . Mix everything together.
Step 3
Form about 11-12 balls, coat them in All-Purpose Flour (30 g) , and brush them with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (60 mL) .
Step 4
Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
Step 5
Serve them with a side of salad or dress them with Tomato Sauce (1 jar) and Whole Wheat Spaghetti (340 g) .
