Step 1
Preheat oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Wash and peel off the skin of the
Potatoes (6)
and boil them in a pot. Add
Salt (6 g)
to the water and cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the
Emmental Cheese (6 slices)
into thin slices.
Step 4
Take the
Bacon (6 slices)
and cut each slice in half.
Step 5
Wrap each potato in the emmental cheese.
Step 6
Next, wrap with bacon and seal the 3 components with a toothpick.
Step 7
Place the tidbits in a baking tray with
Olive Oil (5 mL)
.
Step 8
Bake for about 20 min or until nice and crispy on top.
Step 9
Move them on a serving plate and enjoy warm!
