Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the
Coconut Butter (170 g)

Natural Almond Butter (80 g)
,
Coconut Sugar (225 g)
,
Baking Soda (5 g)
,
Pure Vanilla Extract (2 mL)
, and
Egg (1)
.
Step 3
Mix until everything is incorporated & a large ball of dough begins to form. Fold in the
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (100 g)
.
Step 4
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the dough by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5
Slightly press 2 or 3
Dark Chocolate Chips (to taste)
into the top of each cookie.
Step 6
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let the cookies cool completely on the sheet so that they can crisp up.
