Step 1
Add
Onion (1/4)
and saute it in a skillet with
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (5 mL)
until soft.
Step 2
Add the
95/5 Lean Ground Pork (150 g)
, season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and cook on medium for 3 to 5 min or until meat is half cooked.
Step 3
Pour in
Dry White Wine (60 mL)
and let the liquid evaporate. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Step 4
Meanwhile, spiralize the
Zucchini (1)
into noodles and add them to the skillet with the ground pork together with
Zucchini Pesto (30 g)
. Stir until the zoodles are well coated. Add some ground black pepper.
Step 5
And plate them adding some
Fresh Basil (to taste)
. Serve and enjoy!
