Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Juice the Lemon (1/2) and set aside.
Step 3
Combine Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15 mL) , lemon juice, Salt (as needed) , and Dried Mixed Herbs (1 g) in a bowl. Stir to mix all of the ingredients together.
Step 4
Dip the Cod (120 g) into the mixture, coating it well on both sides.
Step 5
Let stand for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Coat the fish in Panko Breadcrumbs (6 g) then move it onto a baking tray and pour the remaining marinade on top.
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 30 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from oven and serve, preferably with salad or pasta.
