Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Start off by mixing Unsalted Butter (150 g) and Granulated Sugar (150 g) until creamy.
Step 3
Add in the Egg (1) Yolk and stir until combined.
Step 4
Add the All-Purpose Flour (220 g) and Salt (1 pinch) . Mix until it comes together.
Step 5
Add 1 Tbsp of the zest from Lemons (2) , zest from Oranges (2) , 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, and 1/2 Tbsp Orange Juice.
Step 6
Scoop out a tablespoon of dough, then roll them into balls between your hands. Place them on parchment paper. Bake for 13 minutes in your preheated oven.
Step 7
Take them out before they start to brown then let them cool down for 2-3 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them on a cooling rack.
Step 8
Prepare the icing by combining Powdered Confectioners Sugar (220 g) , the remaining Lemon Zest, 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice, 1/2 Tbsp Orange Zest, 1/2 Tbsp Orange Juice, Milk (15 mL) , and Egg White together. Whisk until you get a pourable consistency.
Step 9
When cookies are completely cooled down, drizzle the top with the icing and let it stand on your counter until the icing is set. Enjoy!
