Step 1
Heat a skillet on medium heat, and add
Olive Oil (15 mL)
and the
Onion (1/2)
. Sauté for a few minutes until they begin to brown, then remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2
Combine
Ground Pork (250 g)
,
Salt (1 pinch)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)
,
Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch)
,
Egg (1)
,
Breadcrumbs (40 g)
, and the onion in a bowl.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together using your hands or a fork, then form meatballs of about 25-30 g each. Coat them in
All-Purpose Flour (125 g)
.
Step 4
Melt
Unsalted Butter (30 g)
and sauté the meatballs in a skillet for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Add the
Beer (150 mL)
and the juice of
Lemon (1/2)
to the skillet and stir. Turn the burner to medium-high and let them cook until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Step 6
Serve immediately with pasta or any side you prefer.
