Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the
Toasted Sesame Oil (10 mL)

Sriracha (3 g)

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (455 g)

Soy Sauce (30 mL)
. Marinate in the fridge for an hour, or overnight if making in advance.
Step 2
Preheat your grill pan, skillet, or grill to low heat. Grease the grill pan with
Butter (to taste)
.
Step 3
Thread the chicken chunks onto the soaked skewers.
Step 4
Cook the skewers for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 5
While the chicken cooks, stir together the remaining
Soy Sauce (15 mL)
,
Sriracha (2 g)
,
Dark Toasted Sesame Oil (5 mL)
, and
Peanut Butter (40 g)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 6
Serve the chicken on skewers alongside a bowl of the dipping sauce.
