Step 1
Drain the
Chickpeas (2 cans)
in a colander. You can reserve the chickpea water (known as aquafaba) for another recipe, such as Vegan Pavlova.
Step 2
Combine Chickpeas, the juice of the
Lemons (2)
,
Garlic (4 cloves)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Tahini (195 g)
into a Food Processor and blitz on medium speed until combined.
Step 3
Slowly drizzle in the
Olive Oil (240 mL)
until a thick paste forms. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
Step 4
Serve hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of
Paprika (to taste)
