Step 1
Blend
Fresh Mango Chunks (495 g)
,
Oranges (170 g)
,
Fresh Mint (1 1/2 sprigs)
, and
Prosecco Wine (to taste)
in a food processor or blender.
Step 2
Pour
Ginger Ale (1 can)
into the popsicle molds.
Step 3
Use a spoon to scoop the fruit puree into the molds. Fill until liquid is nearly at the brim.
Step 4
Place in popsicle sticks and freeze overnight. For easy removal of popsicle, run molds under hot water for a few seconds. Eat alone or serve in a g glass of Prosecco. Enjoy!
