Step 1
Dice the
Onion (1/2)
and
Red Bell Pepper (1/2)

Step 2
Thinly slice
Garlic (5 cloves)
. Roughly chop
Sun-Dried Tomatoes (40 g)

Thinly slice
Spicy Italian Sausage Links (455 g)

Step 4
Bring a large pot of water to boil, add a large pinch of
Salt (to taste)
. Add
Pasta Shells (365 g)
and cook according to package directions until al dente.
Step 5
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add
Olive Oil (30 mL)
then add sausages. Cook until sausage is cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 6
Add onions and cook for 3 minutes, until translucent. Add red bell pepper and cook until almost softened, about 2 minutes.
Step 7
Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and
Italian Seasoning (1 g)
. Stir and cook for about 1 minute.
Step 8
Add
Water (240 mL)
and deglaze the pan. When it comes back to boil, add
Cream (360 mL)
and allow to simmer for 2 minutes. Add
Grated Parmesan Cheese (100 g)
and cook until melted.
Step 9
After the cheese is melted, turn off the heat and add in
Fresh Spinach (225 g)
, season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 10
Combine pasta, sausage, and sauce.
Step 11
Serve warm with a sprinkle of
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
