Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Grease 8-inch baking dish with
Coconut Oil (15 mL)

Thinly slice the

Pure Maple Syrup (120 mL)

Coconut Sugar (55 g)

Ground Cinnamon (3 g)

Vanilla Extract (15 mL)
in a small bowl.
Step 5
Place apples in baking dish and pour mixture over the top of the apples. Use a spatula to thoroughly coat apples.
Step 6
Top with
Granola (65 g)
.
Step 7
Melt
Coconut Oil (15 mL)
and pour on top of the granola.
Step 8
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Step 9
Serve immediately with
Vegan Whipped Cream (to taste)
or coconut ice cream. Enjoy!
