You can use the vinaigrette immediately, or store in the fridge for about a week.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Olive Oil (60 mL) , Red Wine Vinegar (30 mL) , Dijon Mustard (5 g) , McCormick® Garlic Powder (2 g) , Dried Oregano (as needed) , Salt (3 g) , and Ground Black Pepper (as needed) to a jar with a lid. I use a mason jar. Shake vigorously to combine all ingredients.
Step 2
Add Romaine Lettuce (1 head) , Red Onion (1/2) , Cherry Tomatoes (225 g) , Black Olives (45 g) , Pepperoncini Peppers (30 g) , Croutons (60 g) , and Grated Parmesan Cheese (50 g) to a large salad serving bowl.
Step 3
Toss to combine, drizzle with the vinaigrette and toss again to coat the salad. Serve with more Parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top.
