Step 1
Combine
Pumpkin Purée (110 g)

Tahini (30 g)

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (45 mL)

Water (30 mL)

Sea Salt (3 g)

Ground Cumin (as needed)

Chili Powder (1 g)

Ground Cinnamon (as needed)
, and
Cayenne Pepper (as needed)
in the bowl of a food processor or high-speed blender. Process or blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides of bowl or pitcher.
Step 2
Drizzle
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15 mL)
over the top and top with
Smoked Paprika (to taste)
and
Pepitas (to taste)
. Serve with raw veggies, chips, and/or crackers. Also, wonderful as a topping for sweet potatoes, salads, and wraps.
