Step 1
Toast or grill the
Italian Bread (2 slices)

Gently smash the
Garlic (1 clove)
, cut in half, and rub each slice of bread with garlic.

Cut the
Tomato (1)
in half (or cut off one-third of it). Squeeze the tomato over each slice of bread, making them nice and juicy. Drizzle each slice with
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (as needed)
and sprinkle with
Salt (to taste)

Top with
Iberico Ham (to taste)
. Lay each piece down one at a time, allowing the meat to sort of form ripples so air pockets form between the layers. Top with a few slices of
Cheese (to taste)

Close the sandwich and eat!
