Cut Bone-In Chicken Thighs (4) into half. Marinate with some Salt (to taste) and the juice from Lime (1) for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Step 2
Cut Red Chili Peppers (10) , Red Bird's Eye Chili Pepper (5) , Shallots (5) , and Fresh Ginger (15 g) into pieces and blend to paste.
