Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat, add thinly sliced

& cook over medium low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring often until softened & nicely caramelized.
Step 3
Add caramelized onions to a 9x13 inch baking dish along with
Canned Chickpeas (850 g)

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (160 mL)

Preserved Lemons (2)
,
Fresh Rosemary (3 sprigs)
,
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed)
and
Salt (3 g)
- stir to combine.
Step 4
Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes and then serve hot, warm or even at room temperature. Enjoy!
